Tracks Horse Services
This feature allows the user to track the daily services you provide to your Client's horses each day and optionally invoice the services automatically!
Enter Services:
This screen shows how easy you can enter the daily services provided to your Clients. The date selected will show Services currently entered and will be the default date for new entries. You may also select a particular Service to view. The 'Charge' and 'Quantity' are automatically entered based on your own rate schedule.
View Services:
This screen shows the Services currently entered and provides two different reports. The user may filter the data to only show certain Service Types (Vetrinary, Maintenance, Rides...), Services (Blacksmith, Training Rides...), Horse (show only one horse instead of all of them), Performed By (who provided the Service) and a Service Date range. The first Report shows all of the services provided sorted by Horse and the second shows services sorted by Service Description.
