EquiSense
EquiSense
was developed to meet the needs of the professional horse trainer who provides
lessons for both boarders and non-boarders on privately-owned or school horses.
It is written in Microsoft Access and is easy to learn and use. In addition,
EquiSense can export your data into QuickBooks to save you valuable time.
EquiSense has the unique feature of allowing
you to enter all of your lessons and then once a month generating a bill for
each boarder with a simple to use interface that even the most novice computer
user can understand. Each month an invoice may be generated for each boarder
that includes all of their lessons and their boarding fees.
In addition, there are optional one time bills for items you would like to bill each boarder (i.e. new fans for each horse). At the touch of a button the invoices are generated for review. Each bill may then be reviewed and edited for any additional items (i.e. that horse had a body clipping fee). Finally, selecting one button will print ALL of your invoices.
There is an additional option of exporting all of the invoice information to QuickBooks ™ for additional financial reporting.
EquiSense was programmed by Karen Mitchell,
a premiere Access developer. It is robust, uses minimal system resources and is
very fast.
